| Shipping

We ship via UPS or USPS within the United States. 

Orders placed prior to 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped within 2 business days.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped within 3 business days.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on next Tuesday.

Business days do not include weekends, Wednesdays or holidays.

Eneomey does not require a signature for your delivery. According to UPS and USPS policies, their drivers will only leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is 'safe' and reasonable to do so.

Free shipping in the USA from $500 purchase. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and an email when your package is shipped.

| UPS and USPS Services Description

- USPS Priority Mail: domestic service in 2 to 3 business days based on where the package starts and where it’s being sent.

 - USP : domestic service in 3 to 4 business days based on where the package starts and where it’s being sent.

| Tracking

Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on UPS.com or USPS.com. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and depend on service selected. Your tracking number may not appear in the UPS or USPS tracking system for 24 hours. Please be patient. You will be able to see it flow through the systems and know the exact day it will arrive.

If there is a problem with an order you received, please email us at eneomey@dermosciences.com. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Claims for damaged product must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
